pksolt Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Guide to Using the Platform

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the pksolt platform available at pksolt.bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by pksolt, including sports betting, live casino games, poker, baccarat, roulette and any other features available on the platform now or in the future.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the pksolt platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of pksolt following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are written in English as used in Pakistan and are intended to be clear and straightforward. Where a provision could be interpreted in more than one way, pksolt will apply the interpretation that is most consistent with fair dealing and the reasonable expectations of a Pakistani player using the platform in good faith.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on pksolt. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. pksolt takes the protection of minors seriously and will take all reasonable steps to verify that users meet the minimum age requirement.

Who May Use pksolt

• Individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of registration.
• Individuals registering and using the platform for personal entertainment only.
• Individuals who are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion currently in effect on pksolt.
• Individuals acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Who May NOT Use pksolt

• Any person under the age of 18 years.
• Any person who has self-excluded from pksolt and whose exclusion period has not expired.
• Any person acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, another individual for the purpose of gambling.
• Employees of pksolt or any of its affiliated companies, or immediate family members of such employees, unless separately approved in writing.
• Any person who has had their pksolt account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

To use pksolt you must create a registered account. During registration, you will be asked to provide accurate personal information including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address.

One Account Policy

pksolt operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. You may not open more than one account on pksolt, whether in your own name or any other name. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at pksolt's discretion, with balances and winnings subject to review. Any attempt to circumvent this policy through the use of different names, mobile numbers, payment methods or device types is a breach of these Terms.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to pksolt during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete and up to date. If your details change – for example, if you change your mobile number or switch your primary payment method – you must update your account information promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pksolt is required to verify the identity of all members before processing their first withdrawal. Verification requires the following:

• A clear copy or photo of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back).
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC next to your face.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and mobile number) if the withdrawal method name must be confirmed.

Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. You may continue depositing and playing while verification is pending, but withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is complete. pksolt may request additional documents for enhanced due diligence in certain circumstances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pksolt login credentials. pksolt will never ask for your password by email, live chat or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pksolt support immediately at support@pksolt.bet so that your account can be secured.

pksolt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pksolt does not charge any platform fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard charges.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay; Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card.
• Deposits via mobile wallet are credited instantly to your pksolt wallet in most cases.
• IBFT deposits may take up to four hours to reflect depending on bank processing times.
• pksolt does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must come from an account or card registered in the same name as your pksolt account.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for mobile wallets; Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in the same name as your pksolt account. pksolt will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Processing times vary by method and VIP tier. Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within a few hours. Diamond VIP members receive instant withdrawals.
• pksolt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that appear unusual.

By placing a bet on pksolt, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that market. Specific sport-by-sport rules are published in the full Sports Betting Rules document available on the pksolt platform. The general rules below apply to all bets placed on pksolt.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by pksolt. A bet is not confirmed until you have received an on-screen confirmation showing a unique bet reference number. pksolt reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed our risk management thresholds, bets placed after a market should have been suspended, or bets that appear to exploit a technical error in the odds display.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

• Minimum single bet: Rs 200 on all sports markets.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market type and event. They are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. High-volume bettors wishing to exceed standard limits should contact pksolt support in advance.

Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on pksolt are correct at the time of display but may change before your bet is confirmed, particularly for live in-play markets. If the odds for your selection change between your click and the platform processing your bet, pksolt will use the price accepted by the system at the time the bet was registered, not the price you originally saw. This is standard industry practice.

Voided Bets

pksolt may void a bet (cancel it and return the stake) in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum requirements for a result are met.
• A palpable error in the odds was made, such as a price that was clearly incorrect compared to the fair market value.
• The bet was placed after the event started on a pre-match market that should have been closed.
• The relevant governing body officially reverses or declares the result void.

Abandoned Cricket Matches

For T20 and ODI cricket, if fewer than the minimum overs required for a DLS result are completed, all match-level bets are voided and stakes returned in full. If a result is achieved via DLS, bets are settled according to the official DLS outcome. For Test matches, bets on match result stand as void unless a result (win/draw) is officially declared.

Suspicious Activity & Match Integrity

pksolt takes sports integrity very seriously. Any bet placed by a person with inside information, any bet placed as part of a coordinated suspicious betting pattern, or any bet on an event that is subsequently investigated for match-fixing will be reviewed. pksolt reserves the right to void and withhold payment on any bet that it reasonably suspects was placed with unfair advantage or in connection with corrupt activity.

pksolt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. Each offer has its own specific terms which are communicated at the time the offer is made. The general bonus rules below apply to all pksolt promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on pksolt bonuses is 20× the bonus amount. The applicable requirement for each specific offer will be clearly stated when the bonus is claimed. Only bets that contribute to the wagering requirement count; casino games may have different contribution rates. pksolt will display your wagering progress in your account dashboard.

Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless specified otherwise.
• Players must not hold multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once. This constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• pksolt reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that ongoing wagering obligations from already-claimed bonuses are honoured.

VIP Club

The pksolt VIP Club operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier status is determined by cumulative betting activity over a rolling period. Benefits include faster withdrawal processing, weekly cashback on net losses, dedicated account management at Platinum and Diamond level, and exclusive promotional offers. Cashback amounts paid under the VIP programme do not carry any wagering requirement and may be withdrawn immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pksolt. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation and may have their account permanently closed with balances forfeited.

• Multiple accounts: Opening more than one pksolt account in your name or any other name.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information at any point, including during registration or KYC verification.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage on pksolt, particularly in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through duplicate accounts, systematic low-risk betting designed only to clear wagering requirements, or any other method that circumvents the intent of the promotion.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets across multiple platforms simultaneously to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbing") in a manner that exploits pksolt's pricing rather than engaging in legitimate recreational betting.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to place bets on pksolt without prior written approval.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds with no genuine intention to bet, for the purpose of laundering or legitimising money through the pksolt platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or payment provider after funds have been received and used by your pksolt account.
• Hacking or exploitation: Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability, software bug or pricing error on the pksolt platform.

pksolt monitors betting patterns and account behaviour continuously. Accounts that display patterns consistent with prohibited conduct may be restricted, suspended or closed at any time.

pksolt reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct or money laundering.
• A request by the account holder to close their account.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your pksolt account at any time by contacting support@pksolt.bet. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your last-used verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance refunded.

Fund Forfeiture

If pksolt closes your account due to a breach of these Terms, it reserves the right to withhold all or part of your balance, including winnings, if the balance was generated through activity that breached these Terms. Funds forfeited in such circumstances will not be returned and pksolt will document its reasoning for any such decision.

pksolt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it stops being that and starts causing financial stress, relationship problems or anxiety, there is help available and pksolt has tools to assist you.

Player Protection Tools Available on pksolt

• Deposit Limits: You can set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on deposits. Once set, a limit cannot be raised for a minimum cooling-off period to prevent impulsive changes.
• Session Timers: Set a reminder to appear after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your net session position.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from pksolt for a defined period ranging from one week to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion can be extended at any time but cannot be shortened during the active period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pksolt shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from a bet placed in error, losses arising from a technical failure during a live bet, or losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, a transaction or any other aspect of your pksolt account, you should contact support@pksolt.bet in the first instance with full details of the dispute. pksolt will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and provide a full written response within five business days. If you are not satisfied with pksolt's response, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedure set out in the full Terms document available on the platform.

pksolt may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pksolt will notify registered members by email and/or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of pksolt after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using pksolt and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

Minor changes – such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect your rights – may be made without advance notice.
