pksolt (operating at pksolt.bet) is the data controller responsible for the personal information of all registered members on the platform. As data controller, pksolt determines the purposes for which your personal data is collected and the manner in which it is processed.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through the pksolt website, including data provided during registration, during identity verification, during payment transactions, during customer support interactions and during your general use of the platform.

pksolt does not collect full payment card numbers – only the last four digits for identification purposes. We do not collect biometric data beyond what is required for CNIC verification. We do not access your contact list, camera or microphone without your explicit permission. We do not collect data from third-party social media profiles unless you choose to connect such an account to pksolt.

For every category of personal data we collect, pksolt has a clear legal basis. We do not collect data simply because it might be useful at some point in the future. The main legal bases on which pksolt processes your personal data are:

• Contractual necessity: Processing that is required to fulfil our contract with you as a registered pksolt member. This includes managing your account, processing deposits and withdrawals, and settling bets. Without this processing, pksolt could not provide the service you registered for.
• Legal obligation: Processing that is required by law, including Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification, anti-money laundering checks and the retention of transaction records for the legally required periods.
• Legitimate interests: Processing for purposes that are in pksolt's legitimate operational interests – such as fraud detection, platform security monitoring, improving the betting product and communicating relevant platform updates – provided that those interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.

Account Management

Your identity data and contact data are used to create and manage your pksolt account, verify your login, process your KYC verification and communicate important account-related information such as password resets, security alerts and withdrawal confirmations. This processing is essential for the platform to function.

Payment Processing

Your financial data is used to process your deposits and withdrawals via your chosen payment method – whether that is Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or Visa/Mastercard. pksolt shares only the minimum financial data necessary with payment providers to complete each transaction. Full card or bank account details are handled directly by the payment provider, not stored by pksolt.

Fraud Prevention & Security

Technical data and usage data are used to detect unusual login behaviour, identify potentially fraudulent accounts, monitor for suspicious betting patterns that might indicate a breach of our Terms and Conditions, and protect the platform from automated attacks. This processing is in pksolt's legitimate interest as well as in the interest of all honest players on the platform.

Responsible Gaming

pksolt uses transaction data and usage data to monitor for patterns that may indicate problem gambling behaviour. Where such patterns are identified, pksolt may proactively contact the player to offer responsible gaming tools or information. This is done with the player's welfare in mind and is consistent with our responsible gaming commitments.

Platform Improvement

Legal and Regulatory Authorities

pksolt may be required by law to share certain information with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies or financial intelligence units. In such cases, pksolt will comply with the legal obligation. Where permitted by law, pksolt will attempt to notify the affected member of any such disclosure request.

Platform Service Providers

pksolt uses a limited number of third-party service providers to operate the platform, including cloud hosting providers, customer support software providers and analytics tools. These providers have access to personal data only to the extent necessary to perform their contracted services and are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit them from using pksolt data for any other purpose.

When the applicable retention period expires, pksolt deletes the relevant data permanently or anonymises it so that it can no longer be linked to any individual. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for statistical purposes without privacy implications.

As a registered member of pksolt, you have a number of rights with respect to your personal data. pksolt is committed to honouring these rights and to responding to all requests promptly and clearly.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@pksolt.bet with the subject line "Data Rights Request" and include your full name and registered mobile number. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. There is no fee for exercising data rights unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

pksolt is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 18. The registration process includes an age declaration and pksolt uses KYC verification to confirm the age of members before processing withdrawals.

If pksolt becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all data associated with the account will be deleted and any deposits will be returned. Parents or guardians who believe that a child under 18 may have registered on pksolt should contact support@pksolt.bet immediately.
